Security Deposit
All bookings are subject to a $500 security deposit. Two (2) days before check-in, a temporary hold will be placed on your card for the security deposit amount. If no damage is reported, the full deposit amount will be returned to you within five (5) business days after check-out.
Check-In
Check-in instructions will be sent to you the day before your check-in date. Your door access code will be sent at 4 pm on day of check-in.
PLEASE NOTE:
No early check-ins will be accommodated unless previously approved during the booking process.
Check-Out
Check-out instructions will be sent the day before your check-out date. Please be sure to check for any personal items before leaving the property.
PLEASE NOTE:
Check-out time is 10 am. Any guests staying past 10 am will be charged $100 PER HOUR for remaining on property after 10 am.
Pool & Hot Tub Rules
For properties that have pool & hot tub access:
These amenities are provided for all guests to enjoy. There is no lifeguard on duty, so please be responsible for yourself and those within your group. Please follow all posted pool and hot tub rules. Pools are open seasonally, and we cannot offer refunds for loss of pool or hot tub use due to any maintenance issues or booking outside of the pool use season. No glass allowed in pool area, please clean up after yourselves and shower before entering pool and hot tub.

Hot tubs are for ADULT USE ONLY.
Pet Rules
PLEASE NOTE:
While a few of our properties allow pets, it is at the discretion of the owner what type/amount of pets they will allow on their properties. Service dogs are allowed in all units, this does NOT include emotional support pets.
For properties that do not allow pets:
If you bring a pet(s) into this property, this rental agreement will be forfeited, terminated and deposits and fees will be retained. A Deep Cleaning Pet Fee of $500 will apply.
Additionally, in agreement with Missouri Statute 209.204. Impersonating a person with a disability for
the purpose of receiving certain accommodations, penalty, civil liability — misrepresentation of dog as
service dog, penalty, civil liability — misrepresentation of animal as assistance animal, penalty, civil
liability — placard, brochure. — 1. Any person who knowingly impersonates a person with a disability
for the purpose of receiving the accommodations regarding service dogs under the Americans with
Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 12101, et seq., is guilty of a class C misdemeanor and shall also be
civilly liable for the amount of any actual damages resulting from such impersonation. Any second or
subsequent violation of this section is a class B misdemeanor. For purposes of this section,
"impersonates a person with a disability" means a representation by word or action as a person with a
disability.
2. No person shall knowingly misrepresent a dog as a service dog for the purpose of receiving the
accommodations regarding service dogs under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. Section
12101, et seq. For purposes of this section, "misrepresent a dog as a service dog" means a
representation by word or action that a dog has been trained as a service dog, as defined in section
209.200. Misrepresentation of a service dog *includes, but is not* limited to:
(1) Knowingly creating documents that falsely represent that a dog is a service dog;
(2) Knowingly providing to another person documents falsely stating that a dog is a service dog;
(3) Knowingly fitting a dog, if the dog is not a service dog, with a harness, collar, vest, or sign of the
type commonly used by a person with a disability to indicate a dog is a service dog; or
(4) Knowingly representing that a dog is a service dog if the dog has not completed training to
perform disability-related tasks or do disability-related work for a person with a disability.
A person who violates this subsection is guilty of a class C misdemeanor and shall also be civilly liable for
any actual damages resulting from such misrepresentation. Any second or subsequent violation of this
subsection is a class B misdemeanor.
